Office Policies

Our primary office policy will always be to treat our patients with respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of dental care. Our goal is to have every patient leave our office with the smile they have always dreamed of.

Dr. Raimondo is currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 301-498-8444 to schedule an appointment, or click here to request an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, call us as soon as possible to reschedule. If you are a new patient, please have your dental insurance information on hand to provide to our staff.

To provide you with prompt dental treatment please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

  • Insurance Information/Card

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork.

Payment for dental care is kindly required at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit®. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financing options are available so you can achieve your beautiful smile.

Financing Your Beautiful Smile

The staff at Patuxent Place Family Dentistry is dedicated to your ultimate comfort and dental health and extends the same care and concern in assisting you with dental expenses by offering options for payment. We deliver the finest care for both your dental and overall health and strive to maintain our fees at the most reasonable levels.

To assist our patients, Patuxent Place Family Dentistry accepts most dental insurance programs. Our staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.

Please know that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. We do not render our services on the basis that insurance companies will pay all of our fees. We base our treatment on what is best for you. Your benefits are contracted between your employer and your insurance company. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be prior to initiating dental treatment.
